Dry Orange Curaçao? - Tiki Drinks and Food

I've been to ten different liquor stores at least, but they just don't sell it and all claim that Triple Sec and Blue Curaçao are the same stuff, but by reading all the threads here I know that isn't so. Since a few months I see Bols Dry Orange Curaçao popping up on the shelves of some stores and I wonder if anyone here knows what it is. Is it the real deal? If it is dry isn't it the same as Triple Sec?
