Well I still don't know what to put in my Mai Tai's, and haven't found the right answer here on TC.
I made them with Triple Sec, but it tastes bad. Lately I've been making them with Cointreau, and I think that tastes quite good but, but the Cointreau flavor is to dominant. So maybe Dry Orange Curaçao would be the "real" thing.

And we may have a business agreement with the Netherlands Antilles, but I've never seen that Curaçao of Curaçao anywhere.
