The Museum's Anthropology section holds large and unparallelled Pacific collections (over 30,000 artefacts), including 18th-century material from Captain James Cook's voyages of exploration. There are particularly fine 19th- and 20th-century collections from Fiji, Vanuatu, New Guinea and the Torres Strait.

Pasifika Styles is a major exhibition and festival project launched in Cambridge in May 2006, celebrating Maori and Pacific Island art and culture from New Zealand.

Stalls selling Clothing, Jewellery and Pacific Crafts
Be entertained by music from a Ukelele Band with a chance to see Maori Weaving Demonstrations, as well as a display of Maori Weaponry and Artist Talks
