Sorry about the picture quality. I only had my phone with me... Gas Notice on 2/8 Front at 8pm on 2/15 Electric Notice on 2/15 I would say things are looking pretty bad. If anyone knows anything more or has contacts to find more, please post it up here. -Tiki Goon |
