Got some chisels from the man you know as "BaliDan" and went to town on this little piece of wood. It's a very simple Mâori (which ironically means "ordinary") and it took me about two hours from start to dry stain. He's about a foot long.
While on the subject of "needs improving", I also hope my freehand webcam skillz get better!
