Shoot, this is right up my alley since I've been developing this fascination for classic bars and classic cocktails. Unfortunately, I'm going to be on a red-eye back from Los Angeles on Saturday, and will miss this. I'll be sure to go to Part II, III, and whatever comes up after that!
