In my home bar i had a sink and used it ALWAYS when entertaining, I can't imagine how it would possibly stay clean without it, also if you are dirnking from tiki mugs, there is less chance of dropping and breaking them if they are washed in the bar area than if they need to be transported to your kitchen etc for cleaning, also faster... cheers
