I finished refinishing and resealing the second four knuckle ring:

Turned out a lot better the second time, so I guess it's kind of a good thing it got messed up, maybe?

I like to do all my log cleaning in one big run so I can just concentrate on carving, minus all the unfun part of carving. I cleaned these this week:

Here's what the ground looks like:

My auxilary dump venue was unavailable unexpectedly for four days last week. All my cans were full with fronds so I didn't have any place to put all that waste. It makes a nice soft outdoor carpet.
Kiva says there's no planer for the job like the ryobi planer:
