I was so fearful that the ship building would be raised, I love the Wreck Bar, but that building is classic and gorgeous. Swanky is right, it is not Tiki, but it's worth saving in a large way due to the historic value and it's amazingly cool. Ultimately, it's about money. Lot's of the hotels here are incorporating chain restaurants to become more appealing. I'm with you GatorRob - my fondest memory is seeing Bre-elle as the first mermaid since 1962 swim for Hukilau villagers!! |
