I would have to say "yes" it does appear to be the same mug with different paint colors. I wonder if yours is an OMC product? I know that many of the other mugs used at Hawaiian Village were made by OMC. Or maybe it's homemade if someone got ahold of the mold. Here's a pic so you can judge for yourself...
