It's called "Birth of the Cool": California Art, Design, and Culture at Midcentury and it's at the Oakland Museum of California thru Aug. 17th. No tiki (save for a Shag book in the gift shop), but fantastic photos of architecture, paintings, furniture, and more. http://museumca.org/exhibit/exhi_cool.html Don't miss it! |
