There shouldn't be any question in your mind. If a reply seems remotely fishy (phishy), ignore it. I've been buying/selling on craigslist for many years now, no one has ever asked me to take down my ad. I wouldn't do it even if they are legit. If I don't have cash in my hand, it's still for sale.
