Tipsy is totally on it, but Tiki Zen is right, let the police do the confiscating. We ran into a similar issue at a huge Tattoo Show involving a very high profile tattoo artist who not only helped himself to our design, but molded from it and was stupid enough to leave our hallmarked logo on the back.
