Surely there is someone in the ohana fully qualified to speak on the legal issues involved here but I might as well toss in my thoughts on this.

It seems to me that this is definitely a violation of US and some international copyright laws, and should be actionable by some legal means. My understanding of US law is that the creator of a work of art owns the copyright to that work as soon as it is created (even if the copyright is not registered). If I purchase that work of art, I can (as the owner) burn it, crush it or otherwise destroy it but I cannot reproduce and sell the reproductions without approval and compensation of the creator of the art.

I don't know if it would be worth the effort in this case and I think these pieces will now disapear on their own . . . and through this forum, I think this sort of activity will be discouraged in the future.

So . . . to the legal beagle tiki-philes out there: Any suggestions for further action???
