It was not in the Disney gallery page of merchadise being offered pictures.

The only bracelet is the green plastic bird one, the charm bracelet wasnt done in time and they dont know when it will be available. As far as the jewelry box, I believe it is the one that is on ebay, maybe type in disney or disneyland tiki room box.
