1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz Coco Lopez Coconut Creme
1/4 oz cinnamon-infused syrup
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz Cruzan Single Barrel Estate
1 ox Appleton Estate Extra
1 dash orange bitters
1/4 oz brewed coffee

Shake or top-blend with crushed ice.
Serve in a "Hukilau" Double Old Fashioned Glass.
Garnish with lime wheel & mint sprig
