The way I look at it, if you have to squeeze limes and put two rums in it anyways, why not go whole hog and mix orange curacao, orgeat, and simple syrup instead? That being said, I have a couple of the "restaurant only" bottles of the concentrate stashed...to me it doesn't save any time. |
