The Second "Southern California Ukulele Showcase" at the Japanese American National Museum. Will take place on Thursday July 10th starting at 6PM This is a Free outdoor event with Full Bar! This year we have another great lineup: The amazing vocalist and 2007 Na Hoku Hanohano winner Paula Fuga, who is well known for her work with Jack Johnson, will share her great original songs. We have the amazing instrumentalists Abe Lagrimas Jr, and Brittni Paiva each doing a set. From New York city "The Moonlighters", who perform fantastic 20's & 30's style music and Hawaiian Swing, will make their West Coast premiere. Performing traditional Hawaiian songs and harmonies is "Moana", Charles Kiaha and Ilima Lei Russel . All this, hosted by Ali Lexa and King Kukulele with the Friki Tikis, will surely make for another memorable evening of ukulele!
