Which is the meaning of the fez in lounge culture? - Beyond Tiki

I also have another one from Egypt (1950's) someone gave me, this one is too small for my head or I would wear it, maybe, (I don't think any Egyptians are going to get upset when they see me wear this one in the streets of L.A! do you?). :)
