Reminds me of Floriduh tiki...The article responses talked about the pothole problem in Oside... As with every city there are fights to pick, and this one is fairly petty. On the other hand, I know I'd be pretty upset if I came out of my house, and saw the city had painted a mural on MY wall without my permission, and claim it was done in the name of art, regardless if I'm a tiki fan or into Rembrandt...You just can't claim canvas that isn't yours to claim....
