I was never a big fan of Orchids of Hawaii, but this looks like a bastardization of their female Tiki mug R76 (the last one in that cocktail guide, serving the Humuhumu) and the Kono Hawaii mug, whose facial features are based on the Cook Islands Fisherman's God. |
