Kitty Eye Patch I made this for my kitty as somewhat of a a joke. He has recently gone blind in one eye, and I thought it would be cute to have a pirate kitty. (Arrr, meow me mateys!)
Light weight or sock weight yarn is about the same, I think.
I used two double points, just because they are the shortest and you never have more than 24 stitches on the needle.
Optional, just makes it much easier to weave in ends and attach the ties Instructions Measures about 3″ wide and 1.5″ tall, and stretches. Patch: Cast on 12 Row 1: knit across With a crochet hook, chain about 10 in tail left from bind off, or leave plain. Weave ends into WS, tie around kitty (if you can), watch him immediately take it off. (not mine) |
