Well, it's definitely based on an Orchids of Hawaii R-3 mug, which has a million variants. The classic R-3 has a bisque body, glazed rims and jeweled eyes, but your is fully glazed. If it doesn't say Orchids of Hawaii on the bottom, it may be a newer mug, but it still looks great - lots of detail.
