This type of stuff kills me. There's a place in Chicago that serves a salad that comes with... Instructions on how to eat it. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. However, this type of thing can work, look up Tang bar in Dubai on YouTube, and see some examples of this style working. Maybe even get a few ideas. |
