The owner called me this morning and I immediately went over for a visit. we spent the whole morning chatting,as I suspected she had no idea that there was current interest in tiki history. She told me great stories about going to the Polynesian and how it really was the nicest restaurant in Seattle at the time. Long story short, the giant mask was found floating in Elliot Bay.
