Am I missing something? I've bought a few items off of konacat2003 (DuG), and he is a swell guy. I don't however understand if konacat was ripped off, why was Birdmanlugz1 left positive feedback for a negative transaction? Am I reading something wrong here? I clicked on the item, and then clicked on Birdmanlugz1 feedback and he has all green "+" positives...
Someone care to clear my confusion....haha...I'm going back to re-read feedbacks....
