I'm sorry, I don't have specifics - I asked him if they were auctioning off the tiki masks, etc., and he didn't know. But he did say that his friend put a bid on the palm tree in the fish pond, so I'm thinking that they are including decor items. I'm sure you could call ahead if you are interested.
