You'll notice that in Medusa , the moon is on the left side ; there are 3 trees on the left and 7 on the right ; and the mountain peak slopes to the left . In Blue , the moon is on the right ; there are 3 trees on the right and 7 on the left ; and the peak slopes to the right . Whether or not this was done consciously by Shag or not , who knows ? But I feel that the scenes in Medusa and Blue take place on opposite sides of the same mountain , possibly even on the same night .
