or does the Test Pilot on page 82 of Grog Log taste like the Mai Tais that are served at Trader Vic's bars and restaurants? As soon as I tried it I realized that this had to be it, just more on the bitter side. So I tried again with the same recipe but added a 1/2 oz. of Orgeat. Call me crazy, but I think that way it's even closer. Next time I'm cutting down on the Cointreau. 2 teaspoons instead of 3 and maybe some sugar syrup. In fact, gonna try it right now.
