He's actually getting some supporters. He also has some lawyer guy who is defending him. It's a joke. Whether carving the trees will hurt them is not relevant. The whole point is that the dumb-ass carved city property. If he wins in the name of "art" then it stands to reason that any city property could be carved, painted or whatever in the name of art. He's an idiot and should have just backed down from the word go. Now he's so deep into the battle he can't back out. Real class with a capital ass. I can't wait to see how the whole thing pans out for the guy. Anybody want to make some predictions?
