Clarita, I have to agree - clay and macrame would be a great combination! I had planned a jute wrapped handle on my boar mug but ended up cutting the handle off. Brown nylon twine would be cool because it would be dishwasher safe. But Babalu was able to make clay rope and texture it to look just like the real thing, complete with knots - now that's talent! |
