Many dream of owning such a place, but few have the knowledge and experience to make a serious go of it, so we'd really enjoy hearing your story. Then, where are you creating your tiki place? What makes you think there is a demand for the restaurant/bar which is your personal dream? This community loves tiki places, but we know they sometimes fail, so why will your succeed? I'm not trying to put you on the spot... I'm just asking the questions we all ask ourselves when we think about tiki bars.
