I would email Olivia and ask if she has the list or documentation of what appeared in Playboy and when. Use unga's link above to get in touch with her. I'd be interested in knowing as well, being that I own "Crackers in Bed" signed by the late Ms. Page and Olivia, as well as "Up Periscope" signed only by Olivia.
