I would say that for a fancier place, the attendant could be called on for all sorts of grooming stuff. If you needed a quick shave or plucking, they likely have the supplies. But I would think this is a women's room thing more than a men's. With Florida law, it might end up as a place to go smoke in private. Who knows. |
