I believe they claimed Alfred Shaheen invented the Aloha shirt, I wasn't listening that closely, but host Peter Sagal did show his ignorance of Tiki peoples by adding "(Shaheen) made it that much easier to know who you should absolutely avoid at parties." Sagal, a humorist, is no doubt aware that people who'd wear Aloha shirts to parties are often very funny, interesting, and clever and that makes them a threat to his livelihood.
