I finally got the transparent glass paint figured out. Tried 2 different paints on the inside of the ornament but the paint drained out before it could dry. I finally tried some "Gallery Glass" Window Color by Plaid from Michael's Crafts. I brushed a coat on the outside, let it dry then brushed on a second coat. Now to tie some nets around them.
