I'm almost certain that the fabulous Lanai in San Mateo, California deserves a spot on the list. Their mug with the signature tiki had one of the weirdest designs around - maybe that's why it was not "borrowed" at any other establishments. Yet, although I reckon they surely had eponymous dishware, I have no artifacts to prove this. Anyone? Here's my two-out-of-three case for the Lanai.
