As a biz owner myself I've had to diversify and offer value value value, meaning providing more service and product for the dollar than I would in a different econ. Most of my customers now are not new they are repeat customers. I would say yes if the current employees of TV's in Vegas are not enthusiastic heaping positive vibe service on the clientele than hire those that will be. Hang in there,.....or not. Reinvent, go back to school. |
