Well, if I had owned this business, I would have taken the early ctiticisms seriously and tried my best to do what I could to make my potential customers interested in coming back.

Now, again speaking as a businessman, with the chances of continuing as a Trader Vic's no longer seeming viable and being in the midst of a bad recession, and with the very real fear of losing my shirt, I'd change the name to McDrinky's, advertise cheap booze, and hire hot waitresses wearing skimpy outfits.
