Right now the staff is demoralized and saying all sorts of conflicting and inaccurate stuff to the customers because they have no real information so that sure won't help business at all. Just looking around you get a clear vibe that something is wrong since they are entirely out of Trader Vics napkins, swizzles, picks, and similar items. The merchandise up front is selling at fire sale prices (an embroidered waiters shirt for $5 for example). That all starts to become a self-fulfilling prophecy. -Rev
