He was enthusiastic and friendly and waited on our rather demanding group hand and foot. I agree they were frustrated, but at least they cared enough to BE frustrated. The word I got was that the Cabo Wabo deal DID fall through so I tend to agree with those that feel the owner is waiting for the lease to expire. They aren't even restocking the rum or wine anymore so they can't be planning to continue status quo for too much longer. I say April 14th.
