Tiki Central / General Tiki / Tiki business gripe - anyone else?

Not getting a timely response and constantly slow shipping is just not good business. I have had excellent service and delivery times from Tiki Farm, Bosko, and Munktiki, so I don't know who you're dealing with, but that's a shame. Hopefully things will work out for you and the business.
