Part one: Where do you go in San Diego to spend a weekend near the water and hit every Tiki type joint there is? I've got the Road Trip book, but I'd like the advice of the masters.

Part two: Same question with a tight budget in mind. (Haven't decided how I want to do it yet)

Part three: Places not in the Road Trip book between there and L.A.
