We all know how the Tonga is service wise, and they will freak about a big crowd. So go easy on them tonight- everyone bring cash, and try not to split checks at a table. I know, I know- I don't want to keep being an apologist for their service. To echo several others, it's about one step at a time. Tonight is about letting them know they're important. Letting them know that you want to be treated better is for another night.
