What I look for in a Chinese restaurant : BLACK tea, not Jasmine Complimentary crispy won tons (or noodles) and duck sauce and hot mustard on the table...it should arrive with the water. EGG rolls, not just Spring rolls. There IS a difference. Red Naugahyde booths.
