The whole design looks like a label for a clothing or surf related company. The word "aloha" ads to that impression. If that's what you were going for it's a good design.

The tiki head is very strong, a good use of "tribal" flourishes without looking typical.

The way the teeth are rendered detracts from the design. They look as if they're supposed to represent a particular object that has been incorporated into the design for commercial reasons. That reinforces the label look of the whole design. As if it's for Aloha Industrial Casters or something.

The teeth are also a little heavy. The eye lands on them first. The weight of the teeth with the weight of the "aloha" and their rectangular shapes work negatively with the rectangle of the tiki head making the whole image rather static.

The image looks too small for being centered on a shirt. It'd be much stronger if it were large, taking up most of the available print space. Or if you want to keep it as is place it to the left the way a small logo would be positioned on a shirt.

If you genuinely want more opinions from others it'd be better to just post your graphic here than a link to the site.
