Thank you Jay for your graciousness and professionalism in the whole matter. My open letter was written to set the record straight and to bring the facts to light, and not to detract from the overall greatness of this book. I really appreciate everyone keeping the discussion on this thread. I'll be working with Jay and Korero on this and knowing Jay as I do, everything will be hunky dory by the second printing.
