Just a note to let everybody know that Nutty is playing the Echo in Echo Park Tuesday night, 3/17. Nutty is not so much tiki as it is "jetsetter jazz", but if any of you are like me (and Crazy Al, Jeff BTD and some of the others I've had the pleasure of getting to know so far) you'll get yer kicks from the whole Rat Pack/classic rock meets classic jazz scene that is Nutty. I'm into just about anything retro, and I'm guessing a lot of you are as well. We've put shows together with C-Al, Robert Drasnin, the Martini Kings and DJ Bonebrake in the past that worked really well. This particular show will also feature DJ's Bonebrake Syncopators.
