TM Tipsy McStagger Tiki Socialite HELL Joined: Nov 21, 2004 Posts: 3685	TM Tipsy McStagger Posted posted on Wed, Mar 18, 2009 5:19 AM thortiki is right.....this is precisely what happened to trader vics chicago when it was in the basement of the palmer house......again, real estate like that is a premium and the owners felt that it was time to revamp the place, so trader's got the boot.....luckily, the traders was a chain so they were able to come back bigger and better in a new location 2 years later......tonga room won't be so fortunate to relocate and sadly, the loss of the rain storm effect will be felt the worst because i think it's the last place in the nation that still has the rain and lighting effects.....
