Here is something I wrote earlier today about it: The problem I think the owners/operators have is always the same: They don't want to look "dated". So they make the dated stuff disappear by simply ripping out any weathered structures instead of restoring them, and throw up some cheap cosmetic stuff --I don't think they really care WHAT it is as long as it looks "NEW".
